Body Fine-Tuning Guidelines

While following Body Fine-Tuning sessions, please pay attention to these Bodyfinetuning.com guidelines:

Move slowly and gently
Always move within your comfort zone
Don’t stretch or strain
Move gracefully, use only a minimum amount of effort
Never do anything that causes pain
Breathe freely
Enjoy what you do

If you notice that some movements seem to require more than minimum effort, do the movement smaller and slower until you feel it becomes light and easy.If you experience pain, remember to breathe and gently return to the most comfortable position possible. If necessary consult a medical expert. You may even just imagine doing the movement. By simply planning and thinking of doing a movement, the nervous system creates impulses similar to those used during actual movements.Rest when necessary, even in the middle of a lesson.

Feel free to repeat what you have learned, but don’t do the actual lessons while doing something that requires your full attention. Only focus on the lesson at the time you do it.Be patient with your progress, one lesson will not completely or permanently overcome years of habit. Take your time, and eventually, after the first a-ha moments, you will notice how a small improvement can already make your day a better day.

Move with ease – not through physical strength but through knowing how to move.
