Calming Your Eyes
Do you spend much time with your mobile phone?
Do you work a lot with digital screens?
It is great how mobile technology allows you to work, connect with others, and browse the internet, at any time and at any location. But at the same time, the more of your day you spend in front of your screens, the more you challenge your eyes.
As hours go by, your eyes may start to feel tired, dry, and itchy. And you may experience tightness, pain, and tension around the eyes. This can lead to getting headaches and migraine, trouble in refocusing your eyes, double vision, and dizziness. Also, your risk of developing glaucoma is much higher.
To keep your eyes healthy, getting enough quality sleep is critical!
When you get enough quality sleep, the eye muscles can better relax and recover. Also, the eyeballs can rest and get metabolically cleansed.
