Like many, I've had my share of sleepless nights, years ago, when vicious back pain started to keep me awake. I saw experts and therapists, and while some days I could cope, it was only because I limited myself from doing what I wished to do. And at night, afraid of pain, my sleep was fragmented and poor.


Curious at heart I just couldn't give up, convinced I should keep digging deeper to solve this nightmare, so I went to study educational neuroscience.


What I discovered was amazing — how simple, gentle, yet smart movements could fix my stressed body, and also — my sleep.


Inspired by this, I developed the Moving into Sleep Method.
